We’ve worked in kitchens throughout the city — Old North End, Hill Section, South End, New North End. We know what these homes are built like and what the kitchens typically need.

South Burlington is a significant part of our work. Many of the homes here were built in the 1970s through 1990s, and their kitchens are at the age where updating makes sense — both for daily use and for resale value. We know the neighborhoods and we know the housing stock.

**Williston, VT**

Williston homeowners often have newer construction with kitchens that were built to a builder’s standard — functional but not exceptional. We work in Williston on both full renovations and focused updates, particularly cabinet and countertop replacements that bring builder kitchens to a different level.

Vermont homes are not generic.

Vermont construction has its own characteristics. Older homes have their own set of surprises — settling, moisture, century-old framing. Newer construction has its own builder-grade limitations. Vermont winters put real stress on materials and finishes.
