A complete kitchen renovation. One contractor. No gaps.
You’ve been living around this kitchen long enough. It’s time to build the one you actually want.
A full kitchen renovation is the most disruptive — and the most rewarding — project in the house. When it’s done right, it changes how your home feels every day. When it’s done wrong, it shows for the next twenty years.
We manage the entire project. Demo. Framing. Electrical and plumbing coordination. Cabinets. Countertops. Flooring. Trim. Paint. You deal with one person, one schedule, one point of accountability.

You’re ready for a gut renovation if:
– The layout is the problem — no amount of new cabinets fixes a kitchen that doesn’t work
– The previous owner’s choices are still everywhere
– You’ve been patching and tolerating for years and you’re done
– You’re preparing to sell and you know the kitchen is what buyers see first
– You bought the house knowing the kitchen needed to go
A cosmetic refresh can transform a kitchen with good bones. But if the bones aren’t right, you need to start over. We’ll tell you honestly which one applies to your situation.
How the project works
**Discovery and Planning**
We start with a conversation. We look at your kitchen, understand how you use it, and ask the questions that matter before anything gets touched. We’re not measuring for a quote on the first visit — we’re figuring out what you actually need.
**Design and Selection**
Layout. Cabinet style and finish. Countertop material. Flooring. Fixtures. We walk you through decisions in the right order so nothing gets changed after work starts. Changes during construction cost everyone time and money. We’d rather get it right before the demo.
**Demolition**
Controlled, contained, and clean. We protect the rest of your house and remove the old kitchen completely. Structural surprises happen in Vermont homes — we deal with them directly and tell you what we found.
**Installation**
Cabinets go in plumb and level. Countertops are templated and cut to fit. Flooring is laid to the layout. Every trade we coordinate — plumbing, electrical — is done to code and to schedule.
**Finishing**
Trim. Paint. Hardware. The final 10% that determines how the project looks for the next decade. We don’t rush the finish.
**Walkthrough**
Before we consider the project complete, you walk through it with us. Everything works. Everything is clean. Nothing is left to follow up on later.
A full renovation is a long-term investment. Treat it like one.
The difference between a kitchen that looks good in photos and a kitchen that holds up for fifteen years is in the details nobody photographs: how the cabinets are hung, whether the countertop seams are tight, whether the flooring is laid flat under the refrigerator.
We’ve been doing this work in Burlington long enough to know what Vermont winters do to materials installed incorrectly. We don’t cut corners on the things you can’t see.
What a kitchen renovation returns at resale
A kitchen is the room that makes or breaks a home sale in Burlington. Buyers walk in and price the house up or down based on what they see in the first sixty seconds. An updated kitchen — particularly a full renovation — is among the highest-return improvements you can make before listing.
We’re not interior designers. We can’t tell you what style will be popular in three years. We can tell you that a kitchen built with quality materials, installed correctly, will be an asset when you sell — not an explanation you’re making to a buyer.
